This is an 8x10 .PSD file that you can customize with your child's name.
ALSO included is 4 different JPEG images if you would like to just send out without customizing.
Two include the banner that say THANK YOU and 2 have no personalization on them.
You can use the LAYERS panel to turn the stars on or off depending how many you would like.
You will need to download either MrsKate ( from FontSpace) or use your own font.
